Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and schedule installations
• Communicate with clients on all installations and follow up
• Manage quality control
• Coordinate and order office supplies
• Process incoming and outgoing mail for organization
• Communicate with designers
• Executive planning with Jill, the owner
• Review and manage process
